FREE Program for Adults with Disabilities

This program offers:

  • A safe place to learn with other adults with disabilities students
  • Participation in social & recreational activities
  • Functional academics, pre-employability and technical skills
  • Opportunities to increase daily living, self-care and communication skills

In order to qualify, adult students must

  • Be 16 years of age or older
    (Must have completed or be officially withdrawn from high school)
  • Provide documentation of disability and benefit from instruction
  • Provide own transportation or use  a social service provider
  • Attend daytime classes Monday – Friday

*Entrance criteria into an adults with disabilities program specifies that the individual has the ability to perform all personal needs, be capable of self-motivation, and have the necessary abilities to benefit from instruction. Programs run on a ten month calendar. Students enroll at any time on a space available basis.
